Dwell Budget Calculator

Moulds in circuit divided by mould rate gives the time one mould takes to go all the way round. That is the ceiling your cooling has to fit under, not the cooling time itself: depositing, vibration, demoulding and the return leg all take their share first.

SINOFUDE publishes 200, 280, 330, 410 and 410 moulds in circuit across the five CJZ models, at 10–30 moulds per minute (6–14 on the CJZ275A-T). The mould-count figure is published as Mold (PCS) and SINOFUDE does not state whether it counts moulds circulating in the loop, moulds shipped, or mould stations. This tool reads it as moulds in the loop. Confirm that reading in writing before sizing a line on it.
