The four conditions this worksheet fixes

1. Product format and piece weight the figure was measured on
2. Recipe density or specific gravity at the aerator outlet
3. Whether the figure is at the former, or after conditioning, dusting, sieving and rejects
4. The uptime basis: instantaneous, sustained across a shift, or after changeovers
