Voltage, frequency, connected load and panel interface are documented. Floor plan includes equipment footprint, operator access and maintenance clearance. Process and cleaning water quality, temperature and capacity are defined. Drainage and liquid-waste handling are sized for the intended cleaning and process route. Food-contact materials, seams, drainability, access and cleaning method have evidence. Guarding, interlocks, emergency stops and hazardous-energy isolation are reviewed. Temperature, pH or other critical instruments have accuracy and calibration requirements. Cooling, storage and packaging handoff are defined with the finished-product acceptance plan.
