SINOFUDE is the brand of Shanghai Fude Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., based in Fengxian District, Shanghai. We have specialized in confectionery, chocolate and biscuit machinery since 1995. We design and manufacture every line we sell, and our engineers support it from layout planning through commissioning.

From one factory to three
SINOFUDE began as a specialist in confectionery, chocolate and biscuit machinery in 1995 and launched the SINOFUDE brand in 1998. Since then we have grown from one factory to three, with more than 200 employees and a factory area of over 30,000 m².
Over three decades we have brought advanced European and American process technology into our own designs and kept developing new machines. SINOFUDE now holds 38 patents. We introduced the ISO 9001 quality management system in 2004, and most of our products have passed EU CE and UL certification.

Manufacturing
Every machine built in our own workshops
Since 2010 we have invested in high-end processing equipment, so the parts we make meet a high standard for accuracy, hygiene and finish. All equipment we supply is brand-new and manufactured by SINOFUDE, with no subcontracting.
Cutting
High-power laser cutting handles complex parts. CNC sawing and CNC wire cutting add speed and accuracy.
Welding
Laser, friction and tube welding give strong, smooth seams with no sanitary dead corners.
Machining
A CNC machining center, slant-bed lathe, drilling machine and gantry mill keep components precise and durable.

A new product category for Dulces Pillo
In 2024 the Mexican confectioner, known for hard candy and traditional sweets, wanted to launch fully automated production of five-color licorice. After visiting our factory, they ordered a customized licorice extrusion line.

Build and installation
- Every machine is brand-new and made in our own factories, with no subcontracting.
- Full-time service engineers oversee installation and commissioning on site until the line passes acceptance and starts production.
- If a technical error or wrong instruction from our engineers causes a loss during installation, commissioning or trial production, we repair, replace or supply parts to meet the contract at our own cost.

- A written service report after every inspection, maintenance visit or repair.
- An emergency service hotline during working hours, weekends included.
- Spare parts kept in stock for fast repairs and maintenance.
- Further training for your technicians, at a similar production plant or at our facility.
